1. Applications

2. Performance characteristics
Through two blades specially arranged on the equal-speed reverse rotating axle, the machine makes the material move radially, annularly and axially, forming a compound cycle and achieving uniform mixing in a very short time.
Solid (powder) - solid (powder) (powder size 20-325 mesh/inch) can be mixed.
3. Selection instructions
According to user's requirement, spraying liquid and jacket device can also be added to make it used as solid (powder) - liquid (liquid content < 15%) mixing and drying equipment.
When mixing materials with different physical properties, such as weight and particle size, there is no deviation, and a very uniform mixture is obtained.
The standard deviation is 3 to 8 parts per 100,000 and the content fluctuation error is less than 2% (variation factor) when the solid-solid mixing ratio is 1:1000.
The mixing speed is fast, and the mixing time of ordinary powders is only about 1 minute.
