Structural characteristics
QS submerged steam heater is a kind of energy-saving steam heater. It has rapid heating, good silencing effect, and can calmly heat cold (liquid) water to boiling point. Because of the new noise elimination structure, the noise can be reduced to less than 50 dB, which solves the problems of high cost, large noise, occupying room area and large amount of installation works of traditional heating methods. It can also be linked with intelligent water and humidity automatic controller and liquid level automatic control alarm device, and is a fully automatic hot water preparation system.
The submerged steam-water heater is equivalent to direct steam into water, but it overcomes the fundamental defects such as high noise, unstable heating, cold and hot water zoning, and has the following advantages:
1. Quiet and non-vibration: The heater adopts internal whirlpool structure with noise less than 50 dB and no vibration.
2. Thermal efficiency: Steam directly into the water, without heat loss brought by condensate, thermal efficiency of 100%, high efficiency and energy saving.
3. Investment saving: The price is much lower than shell-and-tube heat exchanger. When the position of hot water tank is high, the hot water pump can be saved.
4. Reheating: When the heater is used, the steam and water are separated and controlled, and the water in the water tank is heated repeatedly without draining the remaining water in the tank.
5. Easy installation and maintenance: The heater has small size, light weight and easy installation and maintenance.
