1. Product Characteristics
Based on the characteristics of various domestic monomer filters, combined with the current domestic desulfurization devices and the characteristics of using amine liquid, this high-efficiency combined online amine liquid filter device is specially designed for online filtration of desulfurized amine liquid system. The advantages of using the combined high-efficiency filter device to filter amine solution are as follows:
(1) It overcomes the problems of low efficiency of traditional filter cloth and frequent backwash, low pollution acceptance of bag filter, frequent replacement of filter bags and untreatable waste filter bags.
(2)The filtering accuracy is up to 5 microns.
(3)The biggest advantage is that it cuts and breaks bubbles in the lean liquid and destroys the elastic gel layer, which solves the problem of gas resistance caused by the formation of gas film on the surface of the fibrous filter.
(4)Graded filtration, combined installation.
By using the high-efficiency combined on-line amine liquid filter device, the purification of amine can be basically realized, the foaming of amine liquid can be greatly alleviated, and the running loss of amine liquid can be reduced.
