1. Product Characteristics
LSS-type new sulfur sealer is a new type of equipment transformed by our company in view of the shortcomings of domestic products and the advantages of similar products abroad. It is an indispensable safety equipment for liquid sulfur system of sulfur recovery device. Its principle is to effectively seal process gas by using the height of sulfur liquid column, so as to avoid process gas leakage, pollute the operating environment and cause personal injury to operators. The traditional sulfur sealing tank has simple structure. In actual use, there are some problems, such as the flow of liquid sulfur can not be observed. Once blocked, it can not be disassembled and repaired. There are also the phenomena of process gas breaking through the sulfur sealing and leakage of liquid sulfur. It can be widely used in sulfur recovery devices in oil refining, chemical industry, natural gas, steel, fertilizer and other industries.
2. Technical characteristics of products
1. The "10" jacket structure with "V" filter net is adopted at the entrance of liquid sulfur to avoid on-line dredging when the entrance of liquid sulfur is blocked.
2. The inner sulphur pipe of liquid sulphur inlet is removable.
3. A sewage valve is arranged at the bottom of the jacket barrel. The problem of solid deposit blockage in traditional bottom blind flange structure needs to be stopped and cleaned up thoroughly.
4. On-line monitor can realize on-line monitoring of liquid sulfur flow state.
5. Full-jacketed steam insulation, high-point gas injection and low-point drainage are adopted to achieve no "dead angle" insulation.
6. The inlet of liquid sulphur and the outlet of sulphur sealing cylinder adopt 2-3% gradient to facilitate the flow of liquid sulphur.

In order to ensure the smooth flow of liquid sulfur, the temperature of jacket insulation medium should not exceed 170℃
1. The support forms of the sulphur sealer are overground support type and frame suspension type, which can be manufactured according to user's requirements.
2. Adjust the specification and opening orientation of liquid sulphur pipeline according to user's requirements.
3. Adjust the gradient of inlet of liquid sulphur pipeline according to user's requirement.
