1. Product Characteristics

FG honeycomb grid packing is a new type of regular packing developed by our company. The filler has the advantages of large processing capacity, low pressure drop, high mass transfer efficiency, easy processing, manufacturing, installation and maintenance, etc. Packing is regularly stacked in the tower at a certain angle. The upper and lower packing units are staggered 90 degrees each other in the tower body, forming a network structure. The liquid is redistributed and tends to be uniform after each tray of packing.

3. Product Advantages

Large void fraction, up to 95%, not easy to plug.

The specific load of the tower is about 1.5 times that of the sieve tray tower, reaching 60-80 m3/m2.h.

The height of each theoretical plate of the tower is 1.5-2.0 M.

The production capacity of the original plate extraction column can be improved by more than 50% by using FG packing.

FG fillers with regular burrs on the surface can enhance clarification and separation and reduce phase entrainment.

4. Packing support distributor

FG-F honeycomb grid filler supporting redistributor is a component of the filler. It is made of corrugated plate structure with two layers and 90 degrees staggered. Its main function is to uniformly break and cut droplets and improve mass transfer efficiency.

5. Packing support

Packing support is the inner part of packed bed. The most commonly used packing support is grille. According to the size of tower diameter, it can be divided into two types: block structure and block structure. Its free section is equivalent to the free section of packing.
