2. Performance characteristics

The machine uses the barrel to move, rotate and rock at the same time, so that the material in the barrel is subjected to a strong alternating pulse, which forms eddy current in the three-dimensional space of radial, circumferential and axial direction, and makes the material mix evenly in a very short time.

The inner barrel is fully enclosed, sterile and dustless.

There is no part in the barrel to cut the material, so there is no temperature rise. It can be used for mixing dangerous materials. It is especially suitable for mixing heat sensitive materials and vulnerable materials.

Several inner drums are used in turn and the equipment utilization rate is high.

The mixing time is short, and the same mixing effect can be achieved only in 1/4 of the time of cone, double cone and V type mixers.

High mixing accuracy, 1:2400 disparity of active substances can be evenly dispersed into the filler in a very short time.
